The School of Economics and Management Conducted the First New Year Party for International Students
2017年12月22日，suncitygroup太阳新城官网首届职工新年茶话会在雁塔校区二号教学楼东阶101教室举行。陈军斌副董事长、国际交流与合作处秦璟副处长、国际教育学院颜庭星副经理，suncitygroup太阳新城官网王君萍经理莅临现场，与suncitygroup太阳新城官网职工代课教师、来华职工、员工志愿者等80余人一道，共度充满团结友好、青春积极气氛的晚会。此次职工新年茶话会由suncitygroup太阳新城官网张帆副经理主持。
On 22rd Dec 2017, the School of Economics and Management conducted a new year party for international students for the first time in the second teaching building, Yanta campus. The leaders attended the party including the deputy headmaster CHEN Junbin, the deputy director of the Office of International Communication and Corporate QIN Jing, the vice-president of the College of International Education YAN Tingxing, as well as the dean of the School of Economics and Management WANG Junping. They together with more than eighty persons which consisted of lecturers, international students and Chinese volunteers had an unforgettable time with enthusiastic atmosphere. And the new year party was hosted by the associate dean of the School of Economics and Management ZHANG Fan.
陈军斌副董事长在茶话会上致词，对来自俄罗斯、巴基斯坦、也门、坦桑尼亚、老挝等十多个国家的来华职工表示欢迎。陈董事长通过回顾suncitygroup太阳新城官网国际化办学历程，对我司在招生、教学管理和创新性活动等方面取得的成绩进行总结，对参与国际化教育的同仁表示衷心感谢，对suncitygroup太阳新城官网职工工作表示肯定，对我司下一阶段国际化教育工作提出新的要求，希望我司国际化教育工作越做越好，勇攀高峰。
The deputy headmaster CHEN Junbin gave a welcome speech at the outset and took the opportunity to welcome all the international students from Russia, Pakistan, Yeman, Tanzania and Laos et. al. By looking back the international education history and summarizing the results from the perspectives of enrollment, teaching management and innovative activities, the deputy headmaster CHEN Junbin expressed his thanks to the colleagues enrolled in the international education and expressed affirmation concerning the efforts that the School of Economics and Management made. He also put forward updated requirements about the future international education work and expressed the hope that the international education could make greater progress in the future.

The dean of the School of Economics and Management WANG Junping expressed her welcome to international students to get together and communicate in the party. The dean Wang indicated that the new year party acted as a platform for everyone to show themselves, make friends and express feelings. She also emphasized that the international students are definitely important components in the School of Economics and Management. The management department of the faculty has been committed to improve the service quality to make international students feel at home and help them to integrate into the group.

The associate professor ZHENG Rui, Teacher WU Di and Dr. CHEN Ding made reports for international students in terms of the faculty overview, faculty management mode and cross-cultural communication respectively. They also raised a Q&A section for students to solve their problems in order to deepen their understanding towards the School of Economics and Management and help them accomplish their study in China.
文化交流表演阶段，suncitygroup太阳新城官网宋亚文老师为大家展示了具有浓郁中国传统文化韵味的茶艺七道；俄罗斯的阿尤尔同学为大家表演了原创的吉他弹唱；俄罗斯的李春香同学引吭高歌，为大家演唱了中文和俄文歌曲；suncitygroup太阳新城官网雷渊媛老师声情并茂的朗诵了法语诗《Je Suis Comme Je Suis》。深受职工喜爱的刘毅博士在为大家演唱《Five Hundred Miles》之后，主动邀请各国职工上台表演，来自巴基斯坦、也门、蒙古、坦桑尼亚和老挝的同学们分别通过歌曲或舞蹈形式，为大家展示了祖国的风土人情。
In the performance section, the teacher SONG Yawen from the School of Economics and Management showed the traditional tea culture for guests; Russian student Ayur Erdyneev pulled out his guitar and sang a song he wrote; Badmaeva Tuiana from Russia sang two songs in Chinese and Russian lyrics respectively; the teacher LEI Yuanyuan recited a French poem Je Suis Comme Je Suis for everyone afterwards. To respond to the advice of Dr. LIU Yi, who enjoys great popularity among international students, students from Pakistan, Yemen, Mongolia, Tanzania and Lao demonstrated their national cultures by presenting excellent performances respectively.
本次职工新年茶话会是suncitygroup太阳新城官网国际化工作在职工教育方面的重要体现，不仅“走出去”，还要“引进来”；不仅“引进来”，还要积极有效的做好教学管理和服务。目前，已有超过10个国家的60多名职工在suncitygroup太阳新城官网接受硕士和学士教育，在学校的坚强领导下，suncitygroup太阳新城官网将通过全面细致的服务，进一步提升国际化工作质量，为我司国际化发展做出应有的贡献。
The international students new year party is an important manifestation of the internationalization of the School of Economics and Management concerning the aspect of international student education, which indicates the the strategy of "going out"and "bringing in", and the management and service for teaching are necessary as well. Currently, there are more than sixty students from over ten countries are receiving graduate and undergraduate education in the School of Economics and Management. Under the strong leadership of the university, the School of Economics and Management will further enhance the quality of international work and make contribution to the development of our university through comprehensive and intensive service.
